Addictive 🤍 makes me miss it, everything is all out. 10000000/10. There are many swimming pools so the kids can choose. Every corner presents beauty to the eye, truly calming. Thanks Shanaya 🤍 for being a beautiful part of our vacation.

Everything was great, especially the service. Lots of photo spots. I'd love to stay there again.

The place is comfortable, with the soothing sound of the river flowing, the location is affordable, and the road access is easy. The food has a limited variety and the taste is standard. The service is friendly and very attentive to guests' needs. The room cleanliness is a bit lacking, especially the bathroom.

Highly recommended, the food is varied, for those who like morning walks, the trekking area is quite good.

The hotel staff is incredibly friendly. The family facilities are quite complete, ranging from a playground, tennis table, mini golf, and even billiards. The only downside is that the buggy carts take a long time to arrive, and it seems like there are not many drivers. The queue for the buggies is not organized. After ordering a buggy at the reception lobby, new guests immediately boarded it. It seems like it's a first-come, first-served system.

The staff and employees are incredibly friendly. The children's facilities are quite adequate, including a playground, mini golf, table tennis, and even billiards. However, the breakfast variety and taste are a bit lacking. The breakfast area smells a bit like animal feces when picking up food (not the food, of course), but the area itself. The buggy carts take a long time to arrive, and it seems like there are not enough buggy drivers. The buggy queue is disorganized. Even though they ordered a buggy in the lobby, the first-come-first-served one is the only one who arrives. It turns out it's a first-come, first-served system, not someone who orders it at the front desk.

Check in was not on time. Delayed for almost 2 hours, it was a loss because at 2 o'clock we could have rested in the room, we could have enjoyed the facilities. But because of room problems or whatever they said, the check in time was delayed. Initially they wanted to give us compensation in the form of snacks at the restaurant, I thought it wasn't worth it with the check in time wasted for almost 2 hours just to get snacks, I just kept quiet, I thought, well, it's okay. But finally the hotel, especially the receptionist, Ms. Desyn, gave us a free room upgrade as compensation, because the room I booked had problems, and the one that was available was a room near the river, Ms. Desyn was afraid I would be uncomfortable because I brought 2 children, the service was good. All the staff were friendly and responsive, especially Ms. Desyn, very friendly.

Nice but the lobby atmosphere is not comfortable

The accommodation is actually very unique and cute, like a glamping style. It's just a shame the rooms are poorly maintained. The sink cabinet is broken, and there are several cobwebs in the bathroom. The breakfast is quite varied, but it's a shame the brownie tasted bland when I tried it yesterday. The coffee was also only lukewarm. They said there wasn't any hot water refills, only a thermos. So the coffee didn't taste right. The hot water and Wi-Fi were all working well. The shuttle service was also good. Overall, it's good, but it just needs some improvements. Thanks

The place is nice and clean, the food is delicious and varied.
