Check in was not on time. Delayed for almost 2 hours, it was a loss because at 2 o'clock we could have rested in the room, we could have enjoyed the facilities. But because of room problems or whatever they said, the check in time was delayed. Initially they wanted to give us compensation in the form of snacks at the restaurant, I thought it wasn't worth it with the check in time wasted for almost 2 hours just to get snacks, I just kept quiet, I thought, well, it's okay. But finally the hotel, especially the receptionist, Ms. Desyn, gave us a free room upgrade as compensation, because the room I booked had problems, and the one that was available was a room near the river, Ms. Desyn was afraid I would be uncomfortable because I brought 2 children, the service was good. All the staff were friendly and responsive, especially Ms. Desyn, very friendly.
