Pelayanan baik dan ramah, hanya saat kami datang belum ada persiapan, sepertinya ada miskomunikasi antara pemilik hotel dengan orang yang bertugas jaga.

The place look like it needs more attention then it gets. There's rubbish in the 'watergarden' in front of the bungalows. The room smells very humid. The mosquito net was to close to the pillow. When I adjusted that, a lot of 'stuff' (Black, crumbly bits and pieces) came down on the bed. I also moved the bed a bit so that it was easier to get in & out at both sides. That showed a really nasty wall, with lots of mold.

The hosts were very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was good too (banana pancakes). However for the price the standard of the room was not the best. Bathroom needs complete renovation and bed sheets should be cleaned thoroughly. Instead of a blanket without washable cover, either simple linen or a washable cover should be used. Due to the position right next to the street, the noise can be a bit problematic for the ones who don't want to get up at 4 to go to the volcano. Mattress has seen better days too.

We stayed in the new bungalows uphill, which are fabulous! Spacious and clean, on top of a hill with an amazing view over the valley. Breakfast is carried up and served in the porch. Quiet at night, comfy bed. The bathroom is huge, with hot water and a modern wc with rear water spray (Japanese washlet). You have to walk down to have dinner in the centre but it's just a 10-minute walk (partly on a dark path, but a smartphone torch is enough). Great ratio quality/price, one of the best places where we stayed during a month in Indonesia, and definitely the best in Flores!

Must be satisfied the manager must immediately fix the bathroom key which is only propped up with stones.
