The hotel is centrally located, the staff is nice, the hotel is a bit old and the breakfast is not varied.

Wifi is slow and doesn't work. The bedroom smells musty.

The hotel facilities are old, compared to the price, it is quite expensive. The standard room is small, I stayed on the 6th floor, there is a window but it opens to another wall. So it is quite stuffy. Breakfast has few dishes, not delicious. Location near the center, convenient to travel.

Dirty toilet, wifi turns off after 9pm, no receptionist. Overall terrible.

The hotel is very clean, near the center, the hotel staff is enthusiastic, 4 star rating for this trip.

Clean, TV with Netflix. Very close to the center, walking distance. Everything is good except the reception cannot be contacted in the evening.

Not worth the money

The room is not like the photo, the room has many cockroaches, the staff is too bad, the food is also bad. So bored with the service here

Phòng cũ, ẩm mốc, giá cao so với chất lượng, đặt phòng có bồn tắm nhưng máy nóng lạnh không hoạt động, ăn sáng buffet thì chỉ vài món!

Chưa bao giờ có 1 cái Khách sạn nào mà tệ như vậy. Bẩn, thái độ nhận viên siêu tệ, quầy không bao giờ có người. Không có đồ ăn sáng. Nói chung là siêu tệ

Staff enthusiastic service, attentive

Weekdays are quite empty, only 1-2 rooms are rented. There are few customers so there is no breakfast buffet, the staff will cook a bowl of pho and bring it to your room. The room has no view, the power is out in the morning. Generally expensive compared to the price.

The room is okay, complete. However, for some reason, at 12:00 checkout, the room was locked at around 11:15, so I had to ask the receptionist to open it for me. Many rooms are equipped, not just our own room. Hopefully, the hotel will pay more attention to this.

Khách sạn sạch, đẹp. Chú bảo vệ nhiệt tình, vui vẻ, thân thiện. Trừ 1 điểm do lễ tân hay bỏ đi chơi, liên hệ chưa kịp thời khi có vấn đề phát sinh.

Dirty rooms, lack of service, no reception, no tv.... Disappointed

Đặt phòng Deluxe, trên app ghi rõ là 2 giường, nhưng khi nhận phòng chỉ có phòng 1 giường. Nhân viên có nói, muốn 2 giường khách phải tự note. Tại sao trong mô tả phòng ghi 2 giường rồi mà lại phải note?
