We were very pleased with our stay at the hotel, it was very clean and very convenient for all entertainment and dining services.

Friendly staff, nice room with city view

The hotel has a great location, however the room is old, the key is broken, the toilet door is not closed tightly. I feel sorry for a prime location but it is so degraded. The staff are lovely.

The 1.3 million/night dulex room has no dressing table, the old hotel has been renovated and painted, it looks nice from the outside but the interior is sketchy, there is not even a dressing table or chair for guests. How do you think guests can go to the bathroom to make up with such a small mirror? The floor is very dirty and sticky. There is a box of tissues for guests - there is only 1 roll of toilet paper in the toilet. The hallway is covered with luxurious carpet but when entering the room, it is boring, the bathroom also does not have a shelf for shower gel and shampoo, either put things on the floor, it is unhygienic, or open the glass door to the sink outside to put things, extremely inconvenient. The room door and wall are not soundproof, if someone walks by, you can hear it clearly, if someone knocks on the door of one room, the whole row of rooms can probably hear it. Outside, there is noisy eating, drinking and singing in the middle of the night, during the day, there is the sound of the construction site in the building opposite, if you can upload videos here, I will upload it for you to see the noise. Guests checked in and sat waiting for the staff to close the door and turn on the air conditioner or fan for the guests. I've never seen a 3-star hotel this bad.

The room did not have even a chair to sit on, the bathroom walls were not clean and there were stains on the walls.

Hotel near the beach, friendly staff but poor soundproofing, unstable wifi
