For okay service, only facilities such as black screen tv, and bathroom door locks don't work.

No big towels, toothbrush and paste, no tissue.

Menginap 2 orang tapi handuknya cuma dapat 1, sudah begitu di kamar tidak ada aqua.

AC hot, window open, bad service.

The service is less satisfying and the response is long. The bathroom is always wet because it becomes an AC drain.

In the morning I want to take a shower, there is no water.

Rooms are not as described, employee service is not very good. At check-in there are no towels and mineral water in the room. When asked, they were even answered that the towel stock had run out. TV broken. This is already the second time staying there and very very dissatisfied.

1. the employees are not friendly, 2. at 20:15 called to the FO to order a meal, but said it was not opened, After a few minutes they called back to the room to ask for an order. 3. Room orders on the application do not match those occupied. Superior room orders are given a standard room.

Hotel rooms are not private, hotel room windows can be seen from outside the hotel. When sleeping, my room was peered from outside. Please repair room 201. AC rooms are not cold. Very disappointing.
