The staff very rude and not helpful at all. The worst is the room. Once I lied down less than 30min. All my body itch, bitten by bed bugs. The linen very smelly and dirty, we only spent 1 hour in this hotel and left.

Banyak lipas dalam bilik. TV tak boleh guna, pintu tandas rosak, barang dalam bilik sekadar ada. Aircond tak sejuk, better book online daripada walk in sebab kaunter charge extra. Bolehlah untuk sekadar tidor. Thank you.

Overrated. The hotel doesn't look decent in person. Very disappointed ☹.

The hotel is clean, close to the airport and the guards are friendly.

This hotel has a good location. Located beside my exam place but theres no toiletries, toilet tissue prepared in room. And the bed sheet is dirty. Room smelly. I have request non- smoking room but the room smell cigarette and I'm pregnant. This hotel is unsatisfying at all.

Very nice place to stay, near airport also. A lot of good food around. They also have the car to take you to the airport which is cheaper than the grab or taxi with only 40RM.

Nice service, good room and the price so affordable

Too noisy at bedtime many who come in and out because they want to flight. But the way to close the door and sound too strong so that it disrupts my sleep.

Just checked in after it was black out. Loss per day rent. The staff is not friendly.

Very bad service reception 😡, room narrow too small and room smelled like non-convertible sheets. I got a TV room no, aircond was hot. WiFi no line ... enter not to know the line lar there is no mcm line does not pay jerk. We're charged for more than 1 adult. We checked in at 1 morning check out 4 morning. Rooms are not very comfortable.

The place is okay, clean, friendly service is also good. TV channels don't work. There is no toothbrush. The rest is satisfying.
