Excellent service, all staff are very friendly & respectful, the room is neat, fragrant & very clean, I asked for ice cubes to be brought to the room every 8 am and the staff was always on time, breakfast was varied & delicious, Thank you very much to JHL Solitaire, making my stay a very memorable experience for me ☺️ .....

Overall, everything was great. Our kids' favorite hotel. I'd like to pay more attention to the cleanliness of the bathroom walls. The floor is also slippery.

July 17-18, 2025 First impression: ⭐️5 for the building, unique from the outside, different from the others, strategic location near culinary spots. The hotel staff is very friendly. When checking in during my husband's birthday party, I got a small surprise. The family was happy, and the kids were happy. Luckily, I didn't bring my prayer robe, so I called a few minutes later and it was delivered. The facilities are very adequate, but they just need to be adjusted to the guest's needs. The comfort in terms of the room is spacious enough for a small family. What makes guests feel at home in the room is the complimentary snacks and drinks, which are quite a lot and are really delicious!!! Different from other hotels😎 from every corner of the room and other places, it's clean, comfortable, and fragrant. The food is varied, with lots of choices and tastes good. Overall, the best, thank you JHL

The view is OK facing Episode and UMN so green and beautiful. The room ambience is also very good. Was expecting to try their sashimi, but it turned out to be not fresh. But overall the other food was delicious.

Honestly, I didn't expect a hotel as luxurious as this to have less oxtail soup, I think the broth ran out so they made it on the spot with water and vegetables plus seasoning. Because the oxtail meat tastes like oxtail, the broth can be seen in the photo, it's clear like a thick vegetable soup like oxtail soup should be, btw I ordered on April 11th at night around 11-12 pm in the smoking room. Next time I'll stay here again and will order the oxtail soup again, I just want to know if it really tastes like that, or if I just ran out of soup yesterday so I just replaced it with broth 🤔

the hotel staff are all friendly and kind and the hotel facilities are all really good, the best of the hotels I have ever visited, so addicted to the next destination. from the type of room I visited in the junior suite room type, it was really good, the sophisticated technology that was friendly to use, and the facilities offered to my child in various kids Activity activities, the executive lounge that was obtained was really cool, then continued with breakfast, various dishes offered by the hotel facilities, a children's pool in the aquarium and a public swimming pool for all hotel guests, very fun and attracts the attention of visitors, this hotel is behind child-friendly and elderly-friendly, highly recommended guys for all groups.

The location is close to Summarecon Mall Serpong, the room is clean and even the lowest room type comes with a bathtub. Breakfast is standard, with the only highlight being the salmon sashimi. However, the restaurant staff were not very friendly
