Decent quality for the price. Comfortable bed. However wifi signal is weak in all my visits.

First impression at the counter good, but the hotel more looks like airbnb. Sharing pool with other departments. Rooms not good. 1st we got room with smoke + aircond not function. Very smelly. request to change room - much better but phone broken. Hot spring open 4pm - 8 pm but one of the pool close for maintenance. Food just so so. Not much variety and taste just ok. Pool no life guard. Hope to improve more in term of cleanliness and food. Service ok. Parking eeasy. Location wise with much more delicious food around

Hotel facilities and hotel services are very good. Suitable for family vacation. There are baby box facilities too.

The digital room lock is spoilt and took 1min after tapping the card before the door can be opened 😡.

Everything is okay but there are not many food sellers around the hotol area.

The breakfast place has to be outside, if it rains it's really troublesome to get wet. Far from the city, quiet. But overall okay.

Hot spring pool is not well maintained and the breakfast offer limited menu.

Room is OK, free parking, cafe, pool & playground share with residential building.

Found few strands of hair in the pillow and around the bed, worse part is the blood stain on the pillow. Enough to make the whole stay uncomfortable.

Please consider to provide car rental or order service. Not really everyone able to order car on the spot.

Did not try the facilities. The room is clean and spacious. However the sound insulation is bad and can hear all corridor noises. The free breakfast is only for one pax, even though I booked two pax for the room.

Check-in time is ridiculous, it takes 2 + to 3hrs. Waste a lot of time. As for the room is term of decoration and cleanliness, I give 8.5/10. 👍.
