After this trip, we officially became big fans of Melia! We booked 2 suites for 8 people, were supported with early check-in and quick check-out, the room had a beautiful view overlooking the sea, the room was neat and clean, the staff was super friendly! We were also introduced to receive Melia voucher points of 200k and used them in the hotel area, everything was so nice, there was nothing to complain about, when going to Vinpearl area, we also got to go to priority queue, supported with Vinbus tickets ^^ I love Melia hihi

Hotel staff absolutely never greet guests, whether they meet them at the reception, the restaurant, or the guest area. The floors are not cleaned, and breakfast is crowded. Staff do not know how to coordinate, manage, or organize the restaurant area. The carpet is very dirty.

The staff is very ok. Friendly, full of support The room is not too new, but neat, clean and comfortable. The pillow is soft, not too high and hard. The spa is ok, and there is a discount The swimming pool is a bit small, but it is ok and cool. The requests will almost always be met immediately. I am quite satisfied.

Minus 2 points, 1 is the breakfast is not delicious, the buffet is too bad, every dish is bad, I don't know if it's because it's crowded or not The second most important point is that I booked a room more than 1 month in advance, but before the check-in date, the hotel emailed to inform that the day I stayed there was no hotel parking, I had to park at a paid parking lot, total 250k for 2 days of parking (the last night was free, I don't understand 🙄) the rest is okay. Next time I will choose another hotel

I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to Mr. Trung of Restaurant. Throughout my stay, I was deeply impressed by his dedication and enthusiasm. We were very satisfied with the 2 bedrooms Suite room. The space was spacious, extremely suitable for my family's needs. The room was exactly as beautiful as the promotional photos so I didn't take any more photos. All my requests for support were quickly and enthusiastically handled by the hotel staff.
