Dirty rooms, lots of mosquitoes, stuffy rooms without ventilation.

The hotel is comfortable, very suitable for those who want to travel or just transit in Surabaya.

There is no car park and dirty bathroom.

The inn's building has been weathered, smells musty, needs renovation, the ceiling is leaking from the top floor so the floor is near Lemarin and the bathroom door is wet, the shower is small, the sink is clogged, the TV is run off and the manager is like a normal house, no receptionist stand by, this inn is not worthy of being airy. Looks from the outside are not good and are not suitable for a hotel, this is suitable as a guesthouse. I forgot the photo.

The room is different from the picture, the sheets and towels are not replaced, the floor is rather dirty should the room be cleaned before guests are cleaned. But the officer is friendly if we ask for help.
