We got lost when searching for hotel locations using Google maps. It turns out there is another point on the Google map that does not match the location of the hotel, thus confusing our driver. Arriving at the hotel, we were once again disappointed because the floor and surface of the furniture were dusty even though the design was quite modern. The fan is broken, it can't be made static. TV exists only as a display, there is no TV station ... even though here it is quiet quiet ... there is no entertainment in the room. Wi Fi doesn't work either ... For the service, in general the hotel owner is quite helpful even though he doesn't speak English very well. They helped us to book a tour around the Ha Long bay, etc. But what makes me disappointed again is, for 2 nights we stayed here, the room was not cleaned. Boro2 cleaned, tidied and the trash was not taken. I do not recommend this hotel, not worth the price. After touring, it turns out that there are many more decent hotels. Oh yes, the hotel owner has a big black dog who likes to walk around and climb to the room area. Maybe it could be taken into consideration if you are afraid / do not like dogs.

I go alone so I need a safe place to stay for 1 night. This hotel achieves safety criteria, clean rooms, but the soundproofing is not good so it is very noisy, I sleep and get awake many times. The hotel is located near sunworld park, walking is also convenient.

We were stay in the dorm (hostel). This was really nice, cleanliness and shared bathroom are ok. Not in front of the Sunworld park but can walk around 5-10 mins. Night View was very nice with the Sunwheel, Bai Chay bridge and Cable car. One thing to suggest is that should have a curtain on each bed for privacy.
