The hotel staff was very friendly and responsive. The food was quite varied. The lady who handled my check-in was especially outstanding; she was very patient and helpful.

I originally intended to stay here for the Jakarta Convention Center (PRJ), but it was so crowded that I ended up not going in. Instead, I ended up spending a full day of quality time at the hotel, and surprisingly, it was a decision I didn't regret at all. The room was clean, comfortable, and a perfect place to rest. The interior was modern yet warm. The staff was friendly and helpful. All the facilities worked well, from the cool air conditioning and clean bathroom to the soft bed. Even though I didn't get to explore PRJ, the staycation was still worth it. It was a peaceful and enjoyable break.

It was a really enjoyable stay, especially for those planning a visit to PRJ. This hotel could be an alternative accommodation. The room was quite spacious, even with two kids, and the view from the 10th floor was stunning. Check-in was also easy. I checked in around 2:30 PM yesterday, and the room was already ready. 😊

The toilet near the Lily 1 meeting room, 2nd floor, has no clothes hangers. That's the only thing lacking during my stay there.

This staycation in Jakarta was really comfortable! With a price of around 800 thousand, the room was clean, the furniture was well-maintained, and the service was friendly & fast. The location is also super strategic, only 5-10 minutes from JIExpo. The bonus? It includes a varied breakfast that tastes really good. Totally worth it!

Great value for money stay in the center of Jakarta. Location was fantastic, easy access to the hotel and near the exhibition venue. Room was spacious with a big window area. Place was clean, staff were friendly, especially Ms. Ode and Mr. Mata. Nice hotel ambience.
