An ideal place to visit in Phu Quoc.

The staff were very enthusiastic and professional, and my family had a wonderful holiday here. The scenery is beautiful, the beach is clean, breakfast is free with a wide variety of dishes, and we even got to enjoy a free sauna and hydrotherapy pool. The South Island was twice as expensive, but the service was much worse.

The staff were enthusiastic and friendly, helping me with questions about rooms, airport transfers, and bus routes to attractions. The hotel has a very large swimming pool and a diverse menu of Asian and European dishes. The rooms are in a neoclassical style. It's very close to VinWonders and VinSafari. Overall, it's worth staying and experiencing.

This is a fantastic hotel with many amenities and facilities for guests. Beautiful surroundings, a beautiful beach, delicious food at reasonable prices.

Our family had a wonderful holiday here… the hotel was spacious and clean, the staff were friendly, and the food was delicious… we will definitely come back if we have the chance.

Many things are broken. We were really counting on the kid's room, but many games are broken. Our fridge was broken (but was promptly replaced). The restaurants around are deserted, very expensive, and have bad service (however, this is not the fault of the hotel). The convenience store in the hotel is quite useless. There are no really good food options nearby, and in the hotel, it is way too expensive.

- Upon arrival, we weren’t guided to the room and we had to carry our luggage ourselves. No bell boy. Nobody accompanied us to the room to show us. We had to figure out our own way. - We weren’t provided welcome drinks on arrival. - The carpet in the corridor area was smelly (pungent smell). - Even upon departure, we had to carry our luggage ourselves. Having said that, all other facilities were top notch. We understand there were a large number of guests; however, no guests should feel what we felt: unwelcomed.

The staff are enthusiastic, the food is varied and delicious, and there are many amenities including a shuttle service to entertainment areas.

Stayed 2 nights, the bed sheets were yellow and even had red stains. 5 stars but why is it so dirty?

Booked a room and had to wait 2 hours, 6am and now the room is delivered, the staff doesn't know if it's a 1 bed or 2 bed room, so disappointing, not worth the money at all

I am satisfied. The resort is very large, has many shopping areas, casinos, amenities worth experiencing, beautiful swimming pool, clean beach and standard rooms. The villa area looks like a lot of fragrant and beautiful flower bushes.

Beautiful hotel, full service, new equipment. Enthusiastic staff. Overall very ok for this price.

The staff is enthusiastic and cheerful. The room is nice. It smells a bit when checking in. After that, you can bring lemongrass essential oil to diffuse it. It's ok.

Staffs very helpful from check-in to check-out. Cleaning service was very thoughtful and realized the dirty spotted chair and changes. Foods and drinks perfectly. Many activities for family to enjoy and relax. I spend 3 days without leaving the place. Thank you a wonderful time!
