A bit lack of communication here, and there was a bag full of trash under the sink. But I'm okay because I managed not to open the cabinet. The Room was great and spacious, leaking a bit at the AC. But I'm good.

Very complicated parking system. The parking is clearly different from the building, and it takes a long time for the car to be delivered (due to valet use). The room is also clean. Above the cabinet is still a lot of dust, under the bed there is still like trash gt. the bathroom can't smell.

Room like in the photo. Can request a room for mountain or city views. Very many TV channels. access in and out is also easy, many food choices around there. There is a refrigerator, heater and hair dryer. I'll be back soon.

Because of this apartment and staff are not available 241rs, so check-in must be made in advance. On the day I waited for about 45 minutes until finally the staff came to help the check-in process. Apart from that the location of the inn is very good and the rooms are very spacious with stunning views.

The room air conditioner leaked so it didn't cool, there was no dish soap and hand wash in the pantry sink. The location is easy to reach and the staff are very friendly.

For the room, it was very awesome. The view was very beautiful, and surrounded by many street food. But if you looking for free parking, don't ever think to stay here, because you have to spend a lot of cost for parking. And my bad experience was with habitat administration until I write this experience, Habitat hasn't give me back my deposite money, it only IDR 100k but it show, Habitat still lack of professionalism. I've reminded the person in charge for my booking for 3 times, but the 2 last of my reminder, she did not respon to it.

AC room is hot, the hallway to the room is stuffy, electricity likes to go down. Want to check-in and check-up must go through WhatsApp because there is no receptionist on standby, not good for a family vacation. Just once here. The mattress is single bed combined while asking for a king size.

The accommodation was good. The only bad thing was the parking charge, motorbike parking charge per day was IDR 65,000. It would be good if Habitat guest was provided free parking.

It should be noted that this habitat by Uttara has no standby staff like hotels. I came at 10 pm and there was no bell boy. I have to lift my suitcase myself. Paid parking rates for vehicles. 75,000 / night. The climax, at 10 pm the lights go out and the habitat by Uttara is only able to support the generator lights, so the AC is totally dead. Think twice if you want to come with children.

Actually for apartments and facilities are really okay. But it is strongly recommended not to bring a vehicle due to the motor alone subject to 70 thousand for one night.

Parking must pay 75 thousand per night not covered by the hotel, overall the hotel is good, clean, security is tight, the swimming pool is also good.

The bed that is written in the description is 1 queen / king bed. But in reality 2 twin beds are combined into one, confirmation to the staff is also the reason it is like that. Descriptions should fit the reality. Even worse, on the bed there is still hair loss, ants from somewhere and rather dirty :( then for c / o must contact at night so that the next day the staff come at c / o. The reality is at c / o they will even staff ask again the c / o hours even though the chat history is still there, finally the key solution is left behind and the deposit money is transferred c / o at 9.30 (supposedly at 9 but waiting for staff who don't come on time) but the new deposit is transferred back at 16 because the admin is not in the office, it was also after I had to check my own account without confirmation Habitat see if the transfer will be done in the afternoon.
