The gym is very small and the equipment is inadequate (as seen in the photos). The swimming pool is also very small, cramped, and noisy.

Check in only took a few hours because my parents were in transit. Overall, from the security staff to the hotel staff, they were all very helpful.

The hotel staff was friendly, the rooms were comfortable, but unfortunately, the refrigerator was no longer available. The TV channels were limited, but overall, it was okay. I'll definitely come back again.

For the first time staycation here, see the app review the rating is all good, finally decided to try staycation here. When we first entered the hotel area, the elevator smelled musty, hot, the hotel is very instagrammable, lots of photo spots, we arrived at 13.00 but had to wait until 14.00, finally we decided to have coffee at the restaurant first, at 14.00 we were able to enter and we got room 605, as soon as we entered the hallway it also smelled musty, when we entered the room the room also smelled musty, the bathroom smelled of urine, the bathroom floor was slippery, the sheets looked like they were not fit for use and were a bit moldy, the AC was leaking, asked for a single bed but was given a double bed, the breakfast was less varied, the breakfast area was very dirty, I even saw the security guard cooking his own Indomie in the breakfast area. I have no complaints to the hotel but please the hotel management can pay attention to the cleanliness of the hotel so that guests are more comfortable staying here.

Access to everywhere is close, the hotel staff is friendly, cleanliness is top notch, swimming facilities are great, only lacking for children because the pool is for adults.

The AC leaked, not cold. The towels were musty. The room access key didn't work. I changed the card twice and it still didn't work. The elevator was stuck and wouldn't open. The phone in the room was dead. Hopefully it will get better.

Unique boutique hotel with lots of dining offers & a cool pool with a reasonable price. Lift & parking sucks, but overall it's good.
