The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful during the check-in process. Fast response when there were complaints.

The check-in service was super slow, only one room key was given, the room was cramped, only one pillow per twin bed, the bathroom was super small, cramped, and the glass door wasn't tight so the smell spread to the room, it was super smelly in the room I stayed in. Stylish design, there is a small refrigerator, no hairdryer, no shower cap, the sink is outside so the risk of splashing is greater, you have to go back and forth to get water outside. The swimming pool is super nice. There is a gym. Check out is also a bit slow. The room elevator doesn't need access. The soy sauce chicken is delicious, there is iced tea and a noodle station. Basically, the food is delicious. Parking is very narrow so it's a hassle to go back and forth by car.

One of my favorite hotels in Jakarta. The unique pool, varied breakfast, spacious rooms, and artistic ambiance are truly a hit with the kids, especially with the free ice cream. This time, I'm requesting mirror art and bed decorations. There's also a free drink in the room, perhaps as an anniversary gift.

This is my fourth stay here this year. It's a great vacation destination that won't tire you out, but will keep the kids happy, and it's budget-friendly. The hotel interior is beautiful and unique. It's kid-friendly and perfect for families with a playground and a unique swimming pool. The staff are friendly, the breakfast is delicious, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. It's worth it, we'll be back again.
