Location inside a housing complex, access road to the complex is narrow. The parking garage is narrow, large cars are a bit difficult to maneuver, the price offered is not comparable to the quality of the house that is rented as a villa, the shower faucet does not work, the fan in the 2nd room does not work, the AC is only in the main room.

Thank you, my family and I can live here, the house is quite clean, there is drinking water, a stove, a refrigerator, the front room has air conditioning, wifi is also okay. (There is something that needs to be fixed, namely the bathroom exhaust fan which is noisy, maybe something is loose so you hear a scraping sound).

Nice place, good service, only the bathroom is not clean and the water is very small so it's hard to take a shower.

The villa is clean, but there are many shortcomings. The water heater doesn't work (I've called many times but haven't come to fix it), the bathroom drain is clogged. If it rains heavily, the water overflows until it enters the back room, many parts of the kitchen leak.

The villa is very clean, the atmosphere of the room is all bright, there is no scary impression at all, it feels very comfortable to feel at home so comfortable, the villa owner is friendly and responsive, the bathroom is clean and the water functions normally, room 1 with air conditioning and one with a fan the middle room is given a top fan, the house is really very cool. It's a shame when I want to add another day, I've already booked with someone else even though it's really very comfortable to stay there, it's highly recommended to stay at this villa

It's just a shame that the fan & room air conditioner doesn't work 100%, the air conditioner turns off, then the fan is completely dead, fortunately the area is cool, try in a hot area, keep drying us. For cleanliness it is quite clean overall, just a suggestion for the drawers in the kitchen to be checked again, yesterday there was salted fish left over from before that had not been thrown away, so it smells a bit like that

There is no pan, no clothesline. okay room, okay stove, okay fridge, okay dispenser, less bright kitchen lights, according to price.

The air conditioner is not cold and has been generated 2 times, it remains not cold until the clerk is tired and finally ignored.

The air conditioner often has errors even though it has been corrected, the water is running small and the heater is not functioning optimally, but so far is okay we are enjoyed.

Minimalist villa that is safe and comfortable. 24 hour security and home comfort is very satisfying. Located in a cool and beautiful residential area, the building is still new. From the garden, garage, living room, room, toilet, kitchen and mini bar everything is nice and clean. The property used is also of rather high quality. Anyway, I really feel at home, I will definitely check-in again if I go on vacation to Batu / Malang. For a cheap price, the facilities are wow, so worth it.

This place really recommends for families, villa 1 house with 2 rooms and 1 bathroom. Very nice place, clean, there is hot water, minus only clothes clothes that don't exist. Very happy to be able to stay at this villa. The best 👍👏 is only 1 kilo from East Java Park 3.

I stayed with my family, my father and my two children. In appearance, the house is nice, clean and in accordance with what is in the photo. But there are so many shortcomings. There are no clothesline towels, so confused where to dry in the sun, there are no tissue or wiping facilities, the location is far in, no one sells around, looking for food away. Lots of mosquitoes and no mosquito repellent facilities, my child's body was bumped by mosquitoes when sleeping at night. The sheets and blankets are itchy, whether washed or not. In the bathroom there is also no clothes hanger, confused where to put clothes? The rent is also expensive but gets minimal facilities. If you need anything you don't know who to contact. There is no contact number in the house. Next time don't want to stay there again, it's better to look for other places that are nicer and cheaper.

I found so many dust and dirt in some area. it looks no one take care of the house prior to my arrival. I call the PIC and finally they changed my house to the bigger one however I need to add 100.000 per night for that house. my suggestion the PIC need to check the house before guest come because it was really dirty and not ready to rent for guests. hope you can improve your service, other than that the house it self is cozy for young couple not for family because the beds are small not 160 X 200 in each room.

The villa is clean, the interior is in accordance with the picture, very suitable for family holidays, the design is very minimalist and very contemporary. If you go to Batu, you will come back here again.
