Plus = quiet, safe environment, comfortable villa, good service, quite clean, neat, nice view (special dandellion), water heater works, complete cooking utensils. Delta = no fridge, water heater only in the upper and a little bathroom, rather dusty because there are under construction villas, rather hot when the window is closed.

Place was near to public area meaning lots of food and activities to do around the place, although the place was bit dirty but it was still compressible

The top bathroom mat is still wet, maybe because it hasn't been replaced. The mattresses in the room still have plastic, so it's very uncomfortable for slippery sleep. There are no clothesline towels, so it's rather difficult to dry towels.
