He said there was no breakfast.

Not recommended because you only get fried rice for breakfast. 4 star hotel but only served 1 person. Hotel owners pay less attention to employees. Mount Agung looks like it's blocked by views such as power lines, poles, roofs and trees.

The air conditioner is not cold enough, and in the information we get breakfast but there is no staff every morning. Nice room and view.

friendly and helpful staff for the toilet don't have lock and in the outside of room. So, can't use so private and someone can open easily when someone don't know in inside have people go to toilet or take a bath

Rooms are provided on request. Very good view. Satisfied, every morning hear the chirping of birds shouting. But for breakfast, the location is different from the hotel, you have to walk far enough, but the food is pretty good and the view of the breakfast location is ok.
