Not bad for just taking a break

Simple but comfortable for 1 family.

Cheap, there is hot water, AC even though it is divided into 2 with that price it is okay. Suitable for solo backpackers or transit. Free water, coffee, tea, friendly service. If I go to PKY I will stay here again

Pretty clean, but unfortunately the shower was broken, in room no. 3.

Location close to the airport. Close to shopping and eating places. Room cleanliness is pretty clean. But no towels are provided. And the TV's are all broken. The service is less swift in dealing with customer complaints. For example, a dead porch light is reported and not handled immediately.

The place. Comfortable and safe, but you need to improve the quality of the facilities in the room as well as the outside environment from the parking and reception, yesterday there was a problem in the room where the room ordered via the application was not read by the inn manager, but there are still solutions provided by the party lodging.

This hotel staff actually helpful. But, I stayed at the room that the AC is supposed in half. Litteraly in half, half AC is in my room, the other is in the next room. I didn't feel comfortable at all about this because maybe if someone next to me, I can hear any sound that may coming through.

I swear this is the craziest hotel. Under the mattress full of cockroaches. In the bathroom smell of cockroaches. It's crazy, I really don't recommend it.

Good service. Sorry in advance but if I may give advice, my advice before the customer comes, please clean the room that has been ordered first. Because when we arrived, we found a lot of cockroach carcasses and cockroaches living there too. The floor was also very dusty. Thank you, hopefully in the future it can be improved again :).
