The hotel is located right in the center, opposite Lotte Mart so it is very convenient to get around. The apartment I rented had pots, pans, dishes, chopsticks and spoons, so buying things from Lotte to cook was also okay. The apartment I rented was for 4 people but I think 5-6 people would still be comfortable. The staff was friendly and enthusiastic. The only drawback was that the room was not very soundproof. I was in the room but could still hear the TV in the next room. Other than that drawback, everything was great.

I stayed here for 2 days and 1 night. The staff were all very cute and friendly, the room was quite spacious and fully equipped as mentioned in the booking package, I liked the experience here. Only the light in the bedroom at the head of the bed and the foot of the bed shared the same switch so I couldn't turn it on like a night light, because when I turned it on, the whole room lit up. In addition, I saw that the swimming pool was cleaned regularly so it looked clean, only the loungers at the pool I think should be covered with PU leather or other materials to be less water-absorbent. I was very happy and satisfied with the experience, especially the cuteness and enthusiasm of the staff here.

The room space is quite ok, suitable for families. I rented a room for 2 people, but it can accommodate 4 people. The facilities are quite complete, the location is in the city center, convenient to go anywhere. However, I don't understand why I booked for 3 days but only got a meal voucher for 1 day. The food is quite ok and varied.
