My friend suggested that I upgrade to another type of apartment with a fee of 300,000 VND, and I will have a room right away. I agreed, but then the group continued to wait for nearly 45 minutes before they could go up to the apartment. The whole process had no staff to assist, no apologies for this inconvenience. I am dissapointed with this service attitude and service. I recorded a video clip of the closet in the apartment's room, after the staff had hastily and negligently moved to let the guests receive the apartment. If necessary, I will provide evidence because the system does not allow clips to be uploaded. In short, too bad for an experience!
