Well, its a great experience to stay with your family member. Great view on 29th floor with next Merdeka tower building. They provide a parking lot also. Definitely will go back again.

The staff is responsive, any complaints are responded to immediately.

Everything is good, but sometimes it's too long to wait for the lift.

The atmosphere is suitable for more than one person or family to stay and there is a kitchen too.

The accommodation location is close to the city centre and the cleanliness is satisfactory. Especially the swimming pool is very useful, and the view of the city from the garden terrace is also good. Accommodation with good value in the pocket especially for those who are on vacation with family.

Everything is good except no hot water for shower.

The staff is friendly, the apartment is nice, spacious, close to the city center, so if you want to walk, it's not that far, the best 👍🏻

There were cockroaches in the sink, the sink in the bathroom was broken, the shower handle was broken, it couldn't hold the shower head high.

The room was spacious with an amazing view. It's conveniently located near popular attractions in Bukit Bintang, making it easy to explore the area. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, as well as convenience stores like Circle K.

One of the best apartments I have found in a busy area with affordable prices, the location is amazing because around the apartment there are many food stalls, there are sevel, minimarkets, and kalor street quite close, 10 minutes walk to reach, lalaport visible from the room. The facilities are the same as a 5-star hotel, starting from a very large swimming pool and also a special jacuzzi swimming pool on the top floor. I asked for a room with the best view and thank God I was given one on the 41st floor with a beautiful view especially at night. All the equipment inside is there and complete, what I like the most is that there is a laundry room outside the room so if you want to dry clothes, you can do it in the laundry room, it looks neater. It will be my apartment of choice if I stay at Bukit Bintang again

Booked for 8 nights here. At the first I read the reviews and it seems nothings off to be honest hence we booked the accommodation. Location wise it’s great near to the city center and even we can see the twin towers from our room. Unfortunately the room cleanliness was far from the standard. We found a quite number of bugs everywhere; in the living room and bathroom. Even the bathroom was moldy and if you’re a person who do cares about hygiene and health you won’t bear the room conditions at all. We decided to book another accommodation after the first night and left the room ever since. I personality wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone. It’s better to book another budget hotel though.

Im considering not to continue using Traveloka & beware on the room orgnasise by Maplehome after this. The price show in the Traveloka website is different from the price offer by the property owner. After successfully booking & making the payment to Traveloka, the property owner (Maplehome) called and asked me to pay additional few hundred before I can check-in. The reason is miscommunication between Traveloka & the property owner about the room price. (Traveloka display a lower price). Then I have to pay the additional amount. Also after check in, i notice there is no towel. The room service sent the towel to my room at 10.00 am the next morning.

I just stay for 2 days but its so incredibble for me, I like all of everything in hotel Suasana/Fasilitas: [its super awesome] Makanan: [I order without breakfast but its so many restaurant and cafe around hotel, I love it] Bantuan Staf: [staff are helpfull] Highlights: [there are have godd swimming pool, nice garden and beutifull view] Harga: [hotel is very cheap but good quality] Lokasi: [strategic location, close from main road, I love it]

If it's managed by Maple, it's no problem, it's safer than self check in/out, you can also ask for a cleaning room. The location is close to everywhere.
