The place is clean and nice, it's close to everywhere, you can just walk to Alor or Bukit Bintang.

There is no front desk. Their phone number can not be reached. Staff is rude. Do not be fooled by their “Swiss Residence” brand. It is managed by a local company. Stay away!!!

Here they write a capacity of 9 people but it can accommodate more, two toilets in room 2. The TV room is connected to the dining table and small kitchen and everything is still spacious. There is a washing machine, microwave, cooking utensils, refrigerator, iron, and there is a broom in the cupboard near the apartment exit. Towels can be changed 2 days later. Bring your own drinking water because there is no dispenser and gallon. There is a stove but for boiling water there is also an electric kettle. Across there is Jalan Alor, in front of the apartment there is a 7 eleven and 2 other mini markets. Nearby there is a cheap Grab report around 12-17 ringgit only. By the way, there is a swimming pool and a gym on the 6th floor as well as a small canteen

The staff is friendly and the apartment is quite strategically located. It's close to Lalaport and a 10-minute walk to Bukit Bintang.

Nice apartement, and near to alor, lalaport

The location was very strategic. Near alor street and also bukit bintang. you even can go to the newest mall lalaport. the room was spacious with full equipments. microwave, plates, stove, kitchen utensils. the bathroom was clean. overall i was satisfied to stay there. however, the bad things if you would like to have them clean your room, extra money needed and to get in and out you need barcode even for the elevator. that was the hassle.

There's no cleaning service to pick up bathroom trash, and the room isn't soundproof; if a repairman is doing repairs, you can hear them. The apartment bathroom doesn't have a strong flush.

The rooms are very nice, and the service is also excellent. It's very close to Jalan Alor and Bukit Bintang. I highly recommend staying here.

The hotel is close to restaurants and the rooms are large... but the cleanliness of the rooms is lacking. There are small cockroaches in the unit. Please pay attention to cleanliness.

* Large room * If you want to go to Alor Street, you just need to cross about 800 meters. * Stayed 5 nights, informed that the room would be cleaned after 4 nights. * No tissue or toothbrush, etc. * Slow wifi. Already informed and checked, the result is still slow. It disconnects but is unstable.

The apartment unit was extremely dirty and smelly. Cleanliness should be paramount. There were only two towels, which should have been adjusted to accommodate the number of guests, as the room selection and number of guests were clear. The location is okay, close to Sungai Wang. But if I were to return to KL, I wouldn't stay here again.

the washing machine in the room was broken and the technician came to fix it but repaired it while on a video call talking to his friend in a loud voice for about 30-40 minutes. Finally the washing machine could not be repaired and a lot of water spilled onto the floor. The technician just left and said it could not be repaired. I am disappointed with the hotel's service and the etiquette of the technician who came was rude in my opinion.

Nice place, strategic with culinary

the location of the hotel is good. walking to jalan alor is only 4 minutes, to lalaport 7 minutes and hang tuah monorail is only 4 minutes. it's just a shame that check-in takes a long time, we arrived at 4 pm the room was not ready and had to wait 30 minutes. the apartment unit is quite spacious, there is a microwave, washing machine and there is a place to hang clothes, it's just a shame there is no balcony for drying clothes. the 2 rooms are spacious, it's a shame that 1 room has a musty smell like it was exposed to water moisture. the apartment unit seems old-fashioned, the TV is very old-fashioned if you expect to relax in the apartment to watch TV because you are tired from walking, you can't hope but I don't know if all the TV units are the same as the unit I stayed in. the TV is very old-fashioned, not a smart TV type.

Avoid this place if you care about safety and cleanliness. I mistakenly booked it, confusing it with a nearby 4-star hotel with a similar name—possibly on purpose. Filthy bathroom, dirty furniture, rock-hard mattress, and a frustrating lift/entry system. Stay elsewhere.
