this hotel = comfort, and clean.. and easy to access. nice scenery of surrounding buildings/cafe.

The hotel is strategically located near 1st Avenue Mall, Komtar, Gama. Just walking distance. Unfortunately the hotel does not have a lift, I can see the cafe balcony and parking building

The room exactly like the photo. Yet it was smaller than I expected. Cleanliness, hospitality, and location are wonderful. The air conditioner working very well. Be ready to bring usb for electricity of your mobile phone.

Friendly staff, its kind of unique since no shoes allowed. Very clean. Just the room is not sound proof, and the stairs is high. Difficult for someone who bring heavy luggage and water heater is not hot. Overall is good.

The location is quite interesting. But even with a new hotel (8 months), the size of the room is relatively small compared to the high price. It is also difficult for those who carry baggage because there are no elevators and have to climb stairs. The rooms are not packed until noon although there are only 16 rooms.

We had the perfect and pleasant stay for 2 days at White Mansion, the experienced were just perfect. We love all the room layout and facilities provided. Definitely will go back again when visit Penang. Highly recommend!!

Good location and very clean room

The location is near Komtar, at night the sound of vehicles & horn sounds is very disturbing. The hotel building is quite nice and well-maintained but the rooms are very narrow so I'm confused to put a small suitcase. Going stuck here, you suck. We booked a room that had a balcony, but it's useless that the balcony is very small & the views are just dirty roofs. Very bad service! There was no welcome even when we checked out there was no thanks. Ask for the room to be cleaned but until nightfall back at the hotel the room is still a mess. Breakfast’s very limited menus and the taste is just so. We got M1 room after we had to leave a deposit of 100 ringgit. It is located on the 3rd floor & there are only stairs so you have to carry your suitcase up and down without shoes because at this hotel every guest has to take off their shoes & change into the slipper provided at the reception. Believe me, you want to sleep well. Do not stay at this hotel because besides being noisy with vehicle horns, it is also noisy with the sound of people walking, chairs being shifted, doors opening and closing until sound like a water pump that sounds endlessly right above your head. Even though it's complained and it's responded with a smile, there's still no solution. I was two days sleepless there 😭

very close to komtar. behind the summit hotel. near laundry and bus stop. need to walk for 2 minutes. the room is quite small but oke. hot water did not work properly but oke since penang is bloody hot.

The hotel design is good. room neat and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful 😄 In front of the hotel there is a famous coffee shop in Penang. Close to supermarkets and malls. God willing, if you go to Penang again, stay here again. Thank you 😊

The staffs very friendly and helpful. Got bicycle to ride on. but the room is quite small for me because I need simen space to pray. overall nice!

Amazing hospitality and friendliness from front officers and housekeeping, they were so helpful in everything. I stayed in room W6 and too bad that wifi connection is so lame there.
