There's no doormat, it makes the bathroom muddy, the door is out, then the tap is loose, the trash can is rusty, the bathroom smells stuffy, the minimum lights make it scary, the towels are dirty😓

Black mold everywhere, towels had to be changed three times, and they were all stained and dirty, as were the bed sheets. I was very disappointed, even though Traveloka had a tag as the number 4 content-worthy hotel in Central Jakarta. 😂

The hotel location is very strategic, in front of Thamrin City. A short walk to Plaza Indonesia and Grand Indonesia. Affordable price, pretty good room. Easy to find breakfast and dinner. Recommended.

1. The toilet smells really bad of cigarettes. 2. The small gold square pillow smells of rancid sweat. 3. There is no foot cloth/mat. 4. Hair dryer needs to be borrowed, not available in the room.

The service needs to be improved, there is no towel in the bathroom. The towels are already bad, please replace them with new ones. When checking in, they asked for help to put the items directly in the room, but no one helped. The service employees are friendly. There is no bathroom mat, they forgot to give it or there really isn't one.
