Was staying for a night on 26th February 2020. The location is superb and many eating places and cafe around. Close to Robinson Mal also. The plus thing about this hotel is they provide bicycle for guests. The afternoon reception was very helpful and willing to share information about places around. The evening reception was a bit harsh and also not helpful. We were asking for tyre pump to pump the bicycle. But she didn't try to help and told us to use the bicycle tomorrow. The afternoon staff was helpful and immediately got someone to fix and pump the bicycle tyre. Maybe they should put the pump in the reception in case guest need to borrow. Very reasonable price also.

The hotel can be used. The staff room is well cleaned. But secretly having a slightly musty smell Overall, it's good. For this estimated price The receptionist is very attentive, smiling, and offers good service.

Like in the picture but not very new Should improve a little more. Good privacy But shocked when alone by the room opening and closing the door Thought that someone knocked the room Other things are considered valid.

The accommodation is very clean. For the next visit to Mae Sot, we will stop by the Eco Inn Prime Mae Sot again.

Clean, quiet, nice, lovely hotel staff. The indicated coordinates are not correct, must be corrected because as far as is known. There are many customers who can't find the hotel.

Room is so old .. need to big renovate and not suitable with ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Everything is very good Will go to rest again But would like the hotel to have a sign that can not be disturbed / cleaned. Sometimes, sleeping housewives come to knock in the room

Value for money and special thanks to staff&manager assisting on some issue made during reservation.
