I've tried it twice, the rooms are very spacious, the facilities are complete, and the hotel is very comfortable. I highly recommend it. They even have scales for luggage. Super, super recommended.

The room is not soundproof, even with the door closed, I can still hear the guests in the room above talking very loudly in front of the door. Phong doesn't understand why his feet are always dusty, and he can smell a faint musty smell even though he asked to clean the room. The first day he checked in, there was water leaking from the ceiling (like from the wifi unit). The bathroom water drains slowly, so every time he takes a shower, he has to open the lid to let the water drain quickly. The area next door is a nuru massage parlor. The bed is small and thin, not comfortable to lie on. The staff and receptionist are cute.

The hotel has a cozy atmosphere and the staff are friendly. The location is convenient to the station and the center of the city.

Even there's no one in the receptionist desk when we arrive, we have a very smooth check-in and out process via WhatsApp chat, just simply send your receipt and follow the rules along the way. The room was actual like in photos gallery, all the amenities and other facilities were there and helpful to use.

Actually, the room was OK, but at 9 pm there is no receptionist. On the last night, we leave the key with the receptionist and when we go back to the hotel there is no room key. So we call the hotel and said we don't have the room key, and what? There's nothing they can do! They don't have a master key or something else to open our room, really doesn't help anything. And they can't speak English, which made us difficult to explain. We are very disappointed with the hotel service.

Very dirty, like it hasn't been cleaned before, a lot of dust, the floor looks like it hasn't been mopped.
