Overall experience during 2 nights stay was great. Staff was very energetic and good service mind. Breakfast was impressive by variety and taste.

Friendly staff and the room is clean & comfy.

The hotel is excellent, also the facilities, but the location is a bit too far from the city. It's okay for people who are going to Phi Phi, but if you want to enjoy the city also, it's better to choose hotels in the inner city. Another thing is breakfast time, they start providing us at 7, but thankfully when we checked out before that, they still provide us with a complete breakfast to go. Nice experience after all.

Khách sạn cực kì đẹp, sang trọng mới lúc nào cũng có hương thơm, phòng luôn được dọn sạch sẽ, hồ bơi đẹp. Tất cả đều tuyệt vời khi cư trú ở đây 🥰

Nice hotel, good housekeeping but a bit far from the sea

Clean room, decent service, AIS signal kind of poor.

No hot water and TV for English channels not working. Technicians took 3 hours to fix the problem. Limited staff on duty. They only work from 9 am to 6 Private Message. When we took a shower in the evening and realized there was no hot water, we could not do anything because no taffs were on duty. Finally, will not recommend this hotel unless the hotel is in full operation.
