A space worth experiencing.

Nice rooms are clean and cheap. However, it is necessary to review the image problem of the types of rooms posted online. To avoid giving guests wrong room. hotel Need to review payment between customer and website. Avoid the situation for guests to lose time. But the room is very ok and the price is good so I'm still satisfied

The view is wonderful with nice garden and beautiful sunlight especially in the morning. I loved the way they structured the whole area - different rooms located separately at different level on the hill side. The location is 3mins away from the Sapa center and that gives the place a calm atmosphere which I loved it. However the services was not very satisfying. I had one particular trouble with the hair dryer - they changed for me twice and it still couldn't work. I wondered if they checked it more carefully after the first time I requested for another? Moreover, they should tell us from the beginning that they don't serve breakfast in case too few visitors - so we can be ready to have our own in the early morning.
