Friendly and fast response staff, clean rooms

Apa ya. Sampai males. Pesen 2, 1nya nggak bisa ke pake sama sekali. Toliet rusak, sakit perut tahan dulu nggak bisa di flush🤣 pintu rusak nggak bisa kunci. Setelah cek in langsung komplin karena air nggak bisa flush tapi besoknya baru datang tapi sama saja nggak bisa di flush. Renang? Pengen dong. Tapi airnya nggak hidup yang dikolam jadi kotornya muter-muter di sana ada ulat lah ada daun didasarnya, saya suruh hidupkan tapi katanya memang nggak pernah dihidupkan☹️ alasannya takut ganggu tamu yang bobok, baru dihidupkan ketika tamu tidak ada. Tapi ini kotor banget sih, baru buka pintu dikasi pemandangan ini tangga. Kebayang kah sisanya seperti apa?

Bungalow yang 2 kamar atas bawah lay out nya sangat tidak praktis. Model kuncinya nggak user friendly, sangat sensitif dengan sedikit garakan lantainya langsung bunyi, nggak nyaman buat yang dapet kamar di bawah. Pilihan makanan sangat minimalis dan dibuat seadanya. Kolam renang airnya keruh, staff tidak terlalu bisa bahasa Inggris. TV nya nggak connect sama sekali.

The first time I came here, my friend was staying here and then this year Ibran decided to stay here, it's really really good in my opinion! The staff are very friendly, even if we eat, we're mango 🥰 thx.

The room does not match the description, the mattress is not comfortable, asking for extra pillows is difficult. There is no telephone in the room, it is difficult to contact the front office, the food menu is very, very limited, and the hotel is far from the city, it is difficult to find food.

Pas dapat kamar yang di atasnya ada loteng (ada kamar lagi), jadi agak terganggu pas mau tidur dengan suara gedebak gedebuk dan suara langkah kaki.

Gak nyangka padahal saya booking last minute karena ada masalah di penginapan sebelumnya, dengan harga segitu sangat memuaskan tempatnya bersih tenang indah, paling pnting staff nya bbaaik sangat melayani mau turis lokal atau asing mereka sangat responsif, semoga nanti bisa kembali membawa teman-teman saya.

The place is clean, the staffs were super friendly and were able to accommodate my requests since day 1. The view was great as we are on top of a hill, but you might want to rent either a bike or a car to go around places from this place. Hot showers works, WiFi is great (not common when you're in Penida as of my experience), and phone signals were great too. If there is any feedback, that would be for the food. But overall experience was great!

The road here is indeed quite winding and uphill, the road is also damaged, so you have to be careful. But when you arrive at the inn, it will pay off in full because the view is quite beautiful from above, you can see the island across. Bli bli also has friendly and helpful memes. There are also free refills of water and coffee, tea in the room. The room is clean and odorless, the AC is cold, the bathroom is clean with a natural stone atmosphere, all the water taps are functioning properly. The restaurant also serves quite a variety of menus, and is inexpensive. The view at night is guaranteed to be beautiful. Wifi network is also smooth. It's not a loss to stay here anyway, great soul with a cheap price you can get an unforgettable experience!

Saya ke sana saat musim ulat dan villa dipenuhi ulat. Dan saya tidak jadi tidur di sana. Tapi uang tidak bisa kembali. Jalannya juga curam, hanya untuk motor saja.

Fasilitas, pelayanan sangat luar biasa. Breakfast nasi gorengnya sangat enak

Over all very satisfying, and very helpful, free pick up at the port, thank you very much, brothers and sisters. The rooms are clean, the air conditioner is cold, the swimming pool is nice, and the fried rice is delicious 🙏

Her mother is really kind, let me check in 2 hours earlier than I should. The rooms are clean and the service is good, it is most fun to hang out in the afternoons in front of the pool to watch the sun set, plus there are 2 very cute dogs, who like to come to play or just ask to be petted.

hotel position into the alley, the road is damaged. car access is rather difficult. but very comfort for rest and clean. the pool is a bit cloudy but can still be used. the owner is friendly but it's a bit difficult to find, maybe because he doesn't stay at the hotel. Initially, I only wanted to stay 1 day but extended to 4 days. overall very recommended

The atmosphere is calm, the rooms are clean, the view from the pool is cool, the service is good and friendly.
