Friendly staff, good food, close to city center and shopping centers.

I stayed here for 6 days 5 nights, got the right hotel because the service was very fast, good and crowded. Staff to security guards who are always ready to help, clean rooms and get a view of the city of Bandung, a very strategic location. I highly recommend this hotel for those visiting Bandung. The location is close to the city center, even close to Jalan Braga, if you want to shop just go downstairs and walk in front of the hotel, there is a souvenir center even if you are hungry around the hotel there are many sellers and types of food

I stayed here for quite a long time, 6 days 5 nights and every day the room was always cleaned, the service was very good and friendly, the security guards and other staff were always ready to help. The thing I like most about this hotel is its very strategic location. Just walk to shop for clothes and souvenirs at Pasar Baru, various foods near the hotel and if you want to go to the city center or Jalan Braga it is also close. The besttt anyway

Location in the market area, joined in a convenience store if looking for food is easy, breakfast is just standard.

At first I was a bit hesitant because I missed it when I wanted to park. It turned out to be above a shopping center. Maybe the next time the sign should be clearer. But it paid off with the room. It's spacious. I took the executive room with a connecting door

I didn't expect that with a location close to the trade center & market to find a comfortable, clean, affordable hotel. highly recommended for those who want to be close to shopping and culinary centers. the staff are also very friendly and helpful. even the front security guard is also very friendly. the receptionist is also friendly and neat in appearance. maybe the input is when cleaning the room the towels are not replaced, the room is not soundproof by the sound of the next room, and one of the lights is off, so the room lighting is less than optimal. thank you Pasar Baru Square

Very comfortable, excellent service, clean too

This is an honest review. I stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights, during my stay there were advantages and disadvantages. The first advantage is that the room is big, comfortable if you open 2 suitcases because yesterday I brought 2 suitcases. The second advantage is that the location is very strategic, for those who want to order Grab or other online motorcycle taxis, it's easy because it's close to everywhere. The third advantage is that the staff is very friendly. However, there are also disadvantages when I stayed here, first, the room in terms of pillow cases, and blankets were very dirty as if they hadn't been washed. Then the second disadvantage is that the mattress is itchy, because it wasn't cleaned with a deep cleaner. The third disadvantage is that the toilet smells of cigarettes and has been reported to the hotel but the response was "just spray it, sis". And the fourth disadvantage is that the bathroom is full of limescale, as if the bathroom hasn't been brushed

Open at 7 am. But when I go around 7:30 am, the food is almost finished. And they refill the food so slow.

Strategic location near shopping center, easy to find food

Everything is okay except the room. The room only has 2 pillows without a bolster, the sheets and towels are a bit shabby. The flush toilet in room 924 is really hard to press. Then there was an incident where suddenly someone came into the room saying they wanted to check the bathroom and it said it was leaking (this person immediately went into the room).

The friendliness of the hotel staff is quite commendable, during check in and check out, the hotel atmosphere is quite comfortable.

Spacious and clean room, good service. Just disturbed by the lack of soundproofing. The sound of crackling from the next room can be heard. At 2 am in the middle of the night I woke up because the next room was fighting so hard, it was so noisy. So it was hard to fall asleep again.
