The downstairs room has no AC so it's stuffy, the plastic bed is not opened so when you sleep it creaks and is uncomfortable. Complete cooking utensils, clean, clean bathroom, hopefully it will be better in the future

Great place for staycation or holiday with big family. Having clean room, good view from the roof top. But may need air conditioner to get a room not too hot. But everything is OK.

The photo shown is only the main room, the room on the 1st floor is very small in size. The bathroom's top lock was broken and the toilet leaked. TV often cannot catch the signal because the antenna cable is damaged and has not been repaired. Overall the villa building is uncomfortable (hot, stuffy) because the room is closed there is no air circulation, if the door or window is opened a lot of insects (flies, mosquitoes, etc.). Who entered the villa. The trash can in front of the villa has never been cleaned, so it invites a lot of flies.

Very narrow, can't rhyme children here. The preparation was really slow because the guests were late in checking out, the garbage also smelled really bad.

Cheap villas are worth it to live in if you want to vacation with Genk (capacity of around 5-6 people).
