โรงแรมและห้องน้ำสะอาดมากค่ะ ชอบมาก พนักงานบริการดี อาหารใช้ได้ค่ะ ต้องการเดินทางไปไหน พนักงานคุยกับแท็กซี่ให้หมดเลยค่ะ เยี่ยมมากๆๆ

I have a relatively comfortable stay here, lovely staff. But the hotel's check-out time is 11am, earlier than the check-out time on the booking.

เป็นโรงแรมเล็กๆ ห้องพักขนาดพอดีที่สวย สะอาด ราคาดี และพนักงานบริการดีมากๆถึงมากที่สุด ช่วยเหลือทุกอย่างตั้งแต่ขนกระเป๋า ยันเรียกรถ หาแท็กซี่ ฝากกระเป๋า เตียงนอนหลับสบายมาก เครื่องอำนวยความสะดวกครบ ประทับใจมากๆ แนะนำเลยที่นี่ very good👍

Khách sạn rất sạch sẽ, nhân viên chuyên nghiệp, nội thất sang trọng, phòng ốc trang trí dọn dẹp rất sạch sẽ. Các bạn tiếp tân rất nhiệt tình, chia sẻ và hỗ trợ khách rất tốt. Mình đã có trải nghiệm rất tuyệt vời khi ở đây.

The hotel is clean, staff are cute and enthusiastic to be compared to the 5 star hotel. The hotel is close to the center for dining and entertainment. Nice room with European style.

The hotel is a bit far from the center, but with a polite, enthusiastic staff, clean rooms, reasonable prices. Definitely will visit again if there is a chance to return to Sapa.

The hotel is super clean, the owner is exquisite, cute hiccups, the hotel's breakfast is also very delicious. If I have the opportunity, I will come back here

The room extremely fantastic with comfy bed, more than 20 tv channel (obviously couldn't get as in Malaysia), complete toiletries, complimentary (fruits, coffee, tea), elevator, and close to Cat Cat Village within 1.5km by walking distance. The restaurants are very convenient to have lunch & dinner. Breakfast not really awesome for Muslim traveller. However, you still can order french toast, omelette, and many more. The owner also and staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended to stay, gais!
