Unclean, every things was bad, with 300.000 and more, spend 1.000.000-1.500.000 and stay around the Old Quater. Never comeback. This place like s***.

The hotel is new and nice, clean and comfortable. If using kitchen, add 100k / day. There is a garage for parking, going out at night, you have to go to the lobby to open the door a bit inconvenient, and also a bit far from the visiting center (Uncle Ho's mausoleum, temple, west lake, Hoan Kiem lake ...) so if staying Renting a motorbike is the most economical and convenient way to travel
