The hotel staff are all friendly, only the cleanliness of the room and the room facilities are due for a change, the bathroom faucet is not functioning normally, the mini fridge in the room is not cold, the heater is not working, the sheets and blankets smell uncomfortable, the floor is sticky as if it was not cleaned before the guests arrived,

Arrived in the middle of the night, but the staff was still friendly at check-in. The hotel room was comfortable, the bed was clean, the lighting was adequate, and the hot water worked well. Overall, I was satisfied. Good job, Neo Waru 👍👍🙏

Comfortable hotel, not too far from the airport, the hotel staff are all friendly, the service is also fast and very helpful, the food has many variants and all are delicious. This is highly recommended because it is comfortable and easy to access. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The view is also interesting especially at sunset🌅🌆
