When we checked in, we waited a while because the receptionist was handling a complaint from another guest. Two receptionists handled the complaint together while our family waited in a daze. Although they apologized, I think time management and task allocation could have been improved. They also grumbled about other guests' complaints in front of us.
The room was clean, and the environment was clean, but I felt there were a few details missing, like a doormat at the entrance. We had just come from the beach, wondering how to keep the floor clean when we went to the bathroom, as the doormat was the only one there. The floor became dirty and sticky with seawater.
Furthermore, even though we only stayed one night, I hoped the front of our room would be clean in the morning when we left. Perhaps the cleaning service could have swept and cleaned the small table in front of the room, but unfortunately, they didn't. There was a lot of sand and a dirty table.
When I return, I hope things have changed.
