My most worthwhile family staycation in Bali so far. It was just a hotel stay, but the kids were happy, and there were plenty of activities to do with the family.

Best in terms of service, rooms and facilities, for breakfast there is a decrease in quality

Very awesome hotel. From breakfast (India food, Western, Korean, Bali, Chinese, Japan, etc.) facility, room, and modern toilet 😍😍. Next, we will be back to Apurva.

Staying at this hotel in Bali was truly enjoyable. There are plenty of activities for both children and adults. Highly recommended for those looking for some me time with the family. Don't worry if you forget to bring essentials from home, they've prepared them all. Sunscreen, body lotion, bath salts, and even peanut snacks are provided. My kids loved them. The staff are all friendly, from the bellboys, the housekeepers, and the receptionists, they always greet you.

The hotel's facilities are quite commensurate with the price. The staff is friendly and very helpful with any issues. However, there are some drawbacks, one of which is that the food is quite expensive for the value it offers.

Pertama kali saya menginap di hotel yang katanya bintang 5 tapi standar tidak melebihi hotel melati. Bagitu mendapatkan kamar, langsung mendapatkan shower kamar mandi bocor. Saya memiliki acara yang hendak dihadiri, tapi berakhir terpaksa pergi tanpa mandi karena kerusakan kamar mandi belum bisa diperbaiki. Saat sarapan, sebagian besar daging alot dan kering seperti sudah berulang kali dipanaskan, begitu pula dengan pastry dan kue tidak fresh bahkan keju potong berair. Rasa makanan bland. Ketika memesan in dining room, awalnya dikatakan 90 menit waktu tunggu (jam 20.30), tetapi kemudian makanan baru datang di menit ke 120 ( jam 21) dengan tidak lengkap (sup datang tanpa kuah sup, hanya isian supnya). Lalu saya diminta menunggu 20 menit paling cepat untuk mendaptkan kuah tersebut, petugas yang mengantar makanan mengatakan itu bukan urusan dia atas keterlambatan dan silakan komplain karena dia hanya bagian lain yang diperbantukan. Bayi saya akhirnya tertidur dan tidak makan saat sama sekali malam itu, paginya masuk angin dan muntah- muntah. Dan saat hendak check out, kami diusir oleh bell boy dari kamar... "tolong luggage nya 5 menit lagi harus dikeluarkan"... dan itu baru pas jam 12... kami agak terlambat keluar karena membereskan bayi kami yang sedang muntah. Sungguh sangat tidak worthed menginap di hotel ini. dari fasilitas dan pelayanan semuanya tidak layak disebut sebagai hotel berbintang.

The atmosphere was amazing. People were friendly. We saw a few weddings take place. Service was great. We got to ride around on buggies multiple times a day to get from one side of the resort to the other. Overall very fun place adults. Small playground for kids but lots of pools for all to share. They did have a lot of water activities available. Morning meditation class was calming. Reformer Pilates was great. We had a room with lagoon and neighbors kept to themselves which was nice.

Very good facilities and rooms, delicious food and lots of choices and the best service.

Always such an amazing stay here

This hotel is perfect for a family vacation. The pool area is spacious and the kids loved playing there. The facilities are complete, the rooms are comfortable, and the atmosphere is peaceful. The staff is prompt and helpful. The location in Nusa Dua also makes for a more private and less crowded atmosphere. Recommended for those seeking a luxurious staycation in Bali.

Very nice hotel with nice food and stump sphere

The Apurva Kempinski Bali is a beautiful and well-maintained resort with impressive architecture and a peaceful atmosphere. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the overall design of the property is very striking. Staff were polite and professional, and the service throughout the stay was smooth. Facilities such as the pool and common areas were enjoyable and well organized. The resort is quite large and located away from the main tourist areas, which is ideal for relaxation, though it may not suit travelers looking for easy access to town. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing stay.
