First time staying at Seruni, the room was nice and comfortable, air-conditioned, and had a mini fridge. But the sound from the room next door was really loud, as if there was no soundproofing. The breakfast was delicious, some were delicious, some were just so-so hehe. Coincidentally, I checked in on Sunday for the kids' toys, maybe they only open on Saturdays? Because the trains were covered in plastic, the carousel was also unguarded and it was not running. Only one or two rabbits came out, I didn't see any sheep at all. Next time, I might come back to check in on Saturday ♥️

From the moment I checked in, it was special. I arrived at 12 noon and the room was ready. Upon arriving, I was presented with a view of the valley and open fields with many animals below. There are several paid rides and some free ones. There's also a water park. The kids will love it. Breakfast is quite varied and quite tasty. The rendang makes me want more. Everything on the menu is always refilled, even though I was there around 9 p.m. There are performances like Balinese dances on Saturday nights, but we didn't watch them because we were tired from playing in the playground and water park during the day. The only downside is that the room lights are not very bright.

I never get bored staying at the Hobbit during school holidays. The views are stunning, and there's plenty of play space for children.

A fantastic family destination, with plenty of activities: swimming in multiple pools for children and adults, a water park, a sauna, and a small warm pool. There's also a mini zoo where kids can see small animals like birds, rabbits, goats, and other tame animals.

This is my first time trying a Hobbit-style room like this. The room is really nice and cute. The kids really enjoyed it. Thank you.

Kids friendly, kids are happy, parents are happy too.

There are three points to note: 1. Room cleanliness: When I first arrived, I found plastic trash under the bed. 2. The bathroom should have instructions on how to use the shower/bathtub. Not everyone has stayed in a hotel before, and some might find it a bit difficult to turn the hot water faucet in the right direction and vice versa. 3. Shuttle services should be on standby at several locations so guests don't have to walk too much. Other than that, I was very satisfied: the swimming pool, the evening entertainment, and the breakfast were all great. Thank you.

I've been a regular stayer here, but this is my first time staying at Hobbit, everything is okay, but I think the breakfast is lacking in taste, even though when I stay at Mount Salak and Pangrango the food is delicious, I don't know why, even though we ate at 07.30 but the food was cold, hopefully in the future it can be improved, but overall I like it, because staying here doesn't require going anywhere else, there is already a place for the kids to play, especially at Hobbit which is very close to the swimming pool.

The access is easy, the hotel is very cool, the restaurant is good. Greatpp

This is my umpteenth time staying at Seruni, because of its family-friendly atmosphere. The many swimming pool options make my kids feel at home at Seruni. I will definitely stay at Seruni again next time.

have a wonderful experience with family especially my kid☺️ the room ambience was good, feels like in the jungle. the bathroom is so big and clean. overall good and i will come back again. any advices for the food, wish it served warm/hot.

Overall it's ok, but there was a pretty fatal incident, some animals were released without supervision, my 6 year old child was chased by sheep around the field until he fell and almost got trampled by 3 sheep, no officer stopped him, where at that time my position was still on top and the child walked first because I was carrying my youngest child I thought there were people watching the animals but it turned out there were none, this was quite traumatizing for my child, please pay attention to this for the hotel so that it doesn't happen again.

The atmosphere is nice and pleasant, the location is also comfortable, the room is quite clean, but the food is lacking in taste and there are minimal choices.

From entering the parking area, friendly security greeted me, then checked in with the help of friendly officers, even though it was less than 15 minutes before I was able to check in, the parking area was spacious and there were officers who helped, the room was clean and tidy, all the facilities were complete, most importantly it was kids friendly, thank you, I will definitely come back again.

Seniat is a hotel that pampers children, a good hotel with complete facilities that children like.
