I want to check in at villa kemarang for 2 nights but the reception and security staff at villa kemarang there is no one.

Puas sih nginep di sini, kamar luas, suasana tenang nyaman, bersih, sarapan nasi goreng sama mie doang, tapi rasanya enak, bisa langsung ke rumah makannya juga, enak deh tempatnya. Cuman ada gak sinkron sama aplikasi, udah pesen di aplikasi tp gak masuk di sistem villanya hikzz,. Tp alhamdulillah managernya baik, masih di cariin kamar pengganti. Sukses selalu villa kumarang.

The rooms are clean, quiet, comfortable, the view of the rice fields is soothing, the staff is friendly, the breakfast is standard, not a buffet. The minuses: - The villa / hotel environment is not well maintained. - The air conditioner in the room is not cold because the size of the room is large. - The number of electric plugs in the rooms varies, there is only 1 in the room & alternately use it with the TV. - The room light switch is only 1, so it can only be dark or all bright (all room lights are on) - If you bring a suitcase, it is difficult to get to a room on the 2nd floor. - The check-in process if you order via the application is a bit inconvenient. Hopefully in the future it can be further improved.
