For the breakfast menu, please provide steamed/healthy menus such as steamed bananas, steamed sweet potatoes, boiled peanuts, steamed edamame, and also provide fried sausages.

The hotel staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable.

The room door was locked and couldn't be opened twice. The window had to be broken to get things out, and that was because it was too close to the bus stop. There was no hotel drop-off service to compensate for the time spent waiting for the locked door.

I had a toilet problem at night, and it was fixed immediately. The staff was excellent, friendly, and efficient. The food was also varied and delicious.

It's soooooo comfortable, especially since you can swim, the kids are even happier. It's close to everywhere, so you can find snacks and sights just by walking.

Check-in was very fast, and the staff was very friendly. The location is quite strategic, right in the middle of Jl. Cihampelas, so it's close to everything, especially Ciwalk. Breakfast wasn't very varied, but it was quite tasty. If you're staying here, request a room away from the main road. Yesterday, due to full service, I couldn't request a room on the front side of the road. Vehicle noise was clearly audible, which disturbed my rest. Thank you to the pool staff who were very helpful and provided assistance when my child was injured in the pool.

My family and I stayed and booked 3 rooms at Fave Hotel Cihampelas Bandung on December 26, 2025, very happy and pleased with the modern hotel atmosphere, excellent service, when at the reception we were greeted with a welcoming drink, an attractive sofa to wait, friendly and fast waiters to get into the room, at that time we checked in at 15:00, immediately escorted to the room by the hotel staff. Arriving at the room, the atmosphere was attractive and modern and futuristic, comfortable bed, clean sheets, a nice bathroom, clean and functioning well, all faucets, wetgel, closet, shower etc. In the room there is also an electric kettle for tea or coffee along with coffee and tea, just fill the water, plug it in and brew it for a drink. There is a swimming pool, fitness, sauna, extraordinary Fave Hotel Cihampelas, a three-star hotel feels like a four-star thanks Fave Hotel Cihampelas. Next time I want to stay longer at Fave Hotel Cihampelas Bandung.

The hotel is centrally located, and the surrounding area offers plenty of dining and shopping options within walking distance. The staff is very friendly and professional.

It's really nice that it's very close to Ciwalk so you can go for a walk at the same time.

A great location in the city center. Finding food is easy, just cross the street to the mall or walk a short distance to the Wheels Cafe. The pool is also great, but you're only allowed one pool towel per room. Using the room towels is a bit of a hassle because they aren't changed every day. There's no hair dryer.

Very strategic location. Close to Ciwalk. Cleanliness is okay. Towels could use a change. Will come back here again when visiting Bandung. Thanks, Fave

Not bad, suggestion is to have tissue in the room, not toilet tissue rolls.

If possible, please teach the waitress how to lift a glass from a table where guests are still eating. The way to clear a glass is to hold it from the side, not by inserting your fingers from above. There were three glasses that were lifted by inserting your fingers from the top/rim of the glass. The one that was lifted happened to be the glass I was drinking from.

Mostly quite pleasant. What needs improvement is the breakfast menu, hopefully with more variety and a dining area. We had a waiting list for breakfast.

Because it's a standard room, the room isn't that big. It's clean and tidy. Breakfast needs to be improved to make it more delicious. The location is great, just across the street is Cihampelas Walk. If you're looking for food, there are plenty of options. It's also kid-friendly, with plenty of spots for kids.
