Please increase the service again because it is very disappointing, we ordered 2 rooms and check-in at 2:00 p.m. but the room is not ready. Finally we waited in the lobby for almost an hour, then we were directed to another room, apparently the other room was being maintained. Then told to the lobby again to be moved to another room. If the fix has been booked, the room should be prepared properly so that when guests arrive at the time of check-in they can immediately enter to rest. Likewise with room service, we asked for plates and glasses to be provided by telephone not delivered so we had to call many times. Maybe this is our first and last experience to choose an uppala villa when vacationing in Bali.
