It's really nice, the atmosphere is also calm and not far from the city center.

Good service, friendly and very helpful staff, but I got a room where the AC wasn't cold and the electricity wasn't stable, hopefully the hotel will fix this soon.

It's good to stay there, and close to everywhere

The staff were very helpful and friendly, the pool was nice and well kept. The location was good. The rooms themselves need serious love and maintenance though, tv didn’t work, taps fell off and were wonky, air conditioner stopped and started, there were several nights where other disrespectful guests in the hotel caused issues and noise very late into the morning, nothing seemed to be done about it.

The location is quite strategic, and the rooms are quite spacious. However, the power goes out frequently. Otherwise, it's safe and secure. The staff is also friendly.

The pool area wasn't look like as the picture shown at website. But at least, I took advantage of the quiteness, since nobody willing to spend time at the pool area.

You must bring your own dental kit because you don't get one from the accommodation, but the room has a hair dryer and a medium-sized refrigerator. The room is also large and suitable for family trips.

The hotel staff is friendly. When I stayed at Casa Dasa Hotel, the air conditioning wasn't that cool. In the end, I asked to be moved and upgraded to a deluxe room.

There was a cat on my roof, and it was playing the whole night, very noisy. there was only one solution: move to another room, but only twin bed. so i didn’t want to move. but other than that, it’s pretty good and very affordable.

Been to Balo twice, always stay here. 7 years ago there was no coffee shop, but now there is a coffee shop.

The hotel environment is clean, very close to the city center, but still comfortable for a place to stay.. the staff is very friendly.
