Nice hotel, good meals, near airport.

cozy and calm hotel. location far from tourists spots but near airport. Meals are delicious.

There is no bathroom mat, it tends to be slippery, the hot water runs out quickly

It's quite good for that price, but it's a shame that this hotel lacks maintenance and the wifi is slow. I don't know about breakfast because I didn't have breakfast. Overall, it's ok, it just needs some maintenance.

The staff are not friendly at all. Especially the restaurant staff. Breakfast no option, so messy, sorry to say but no taste for anything I had. The room is good enough. It's just that the TV is at the end, and there is a TV in front of the bathtub which is also very old-fashioned. The most annoying thing is actually the small sink, you can't put soap or toothbrush. And the mirror is too high. So you have to face the back mirror so you can do your makeup and other things.

The room has animals. And it's stuffy.

3rd time staying here, recommended. Will come here again

This is nothing about the staff because the staff members were all nice. But, sad to see once a beautiful hotel becoming like this. Entering the room, I can smell the mold already. I'm very sensitive to mold, so I woke up with a sore throat, etc. Shower was terrible, not good pressure and leaking to the bedroom. Location is OK, even though it's across the shopping centre, it's a difficult task to cross the busy street. It is really cheap though, but I'm sure you can get a better place elsewhere.

There is a lot of damage to the room and bathroom, so they need to be renovated immediately, get rid of the glass which is dangerous for guests if it breaks.

Comfortable hotel, next time I will stay here again

The staff was very friendly and helpful so I could check in faster. The hotel facilities are very family friendly and complete. The hotel atmosphere is very pleasant. Only need repair for the vinyl floor of room 215 which has peeled off in several places so it is not comfortable to walk barefoot.

The room seemed to lack cleaning, when I checked in I found a cigarette butt on the balcony, the area around the bed was very dusty and had not been dusted.

The staff is not friendly. The hotel is not clean. It's dark at night.

I will definitely stay here if I go to Bali, because it is close to Galleria Mall, just walk across the street.
