I really enjoyed staying at Hotel Santika, the place was clean, comfortable, the breakfast was delicious.

The location is in the city center, very easy to access. Clean. Too bad, when we wanted to extend our stay because we needed to reschedule because the hotel was full, we got a separate room not on the same floor. We were okay with it. After paying and returning in the afternoon to rest, we found out we were given a smoking room, even though there were small children in the room. How could something like this not be informed beforehand? We could have just checked out instead of spending a day sleeping in a room full of cigarette odor. Very disappointed with the lack of information about this type of smoking room, it was really detrimental to us.

The hotel is located in front of Sangkareang Park and close to the Mataram Islamic Center. It's also convenient to Epicentrum Mall. Rooms feature king-size beds with pool views and non-slip floors. A gym is located next to the pool.

I booked 2 rooms. Overall it was nice. Strategic location in the middle of the city, friendly staff, clean hotel but one of the rooms I stayed in had a strong smell of cigarettes

Still my favorite place to stay in the middle of the city. Close to the mall, biggest mosque, park for morning jog, and on Sunday you can experience the Car Free Day walking distance.

Always stay here when in Lombok

Thank you for providing a very comfortable, clean room with lots of free mineral water. Overall, I was very satisfied staying here, close to Sangkareang Park and the atmosphere was very comfortable.

Hotel Santika Lombok is close to the city, easy to go anywhere. The hotel staff is friendly, the room is big, the pillows are comfortable to sleep on. Breakfast has many choices and is delicious, especially the staff in the restaurant are friendly and agile.
