In the city center, everywhere is close, the station is also close.

The room is really big, comfortable for families, easy and fast access to go anywhere, easy to find food, next to the hotel there is a really delicious coconut satay seller and chicken soto, next to it there is a cafe with live music, close to the Surabaya city square, Surabaya Plaza and city hall, I think I will stay here again

The hotel staff is friendly and very helpful during check-in. Free massage chair voucher. Spacious and comfortable room.

Hotel rooms & hallways smell of cigarette smoke

The AC wasn't cold, and the room wasn't very clean. At night, the room was quite dark due to the few dim lights.

Cool and ok.. There is a swimming pool and bathtub, my child is very happy.

First time staying 1 night at Grand Surabaya Hotel, the service is friendly, the location is strategic, close to Plaza Surabaya, Alun-alun kota, eateries are also close. The condition of the 6** room is quite spacious, clean, the water is flowing, the amenities are quite complete although there is only 1 toothbrush. There is a bathtub and a hairdryer too. It is quite comfortable with the condition of the building which seems to be an old building. Minus the hot water is not working. Breakfast is fried rice & fried noodles delivered to the room. Suggestion, the towels could be updated. Thank you.

Nightmare, the worst hotel in Surabaya. The swimming pool water is murky, the hallway to the room smells musty, the bathroom is crusty. The path to the pool from the second floor is very dangerous and rusty. Even less than 30 minutes after checking in, I immediately checked out, letting the lost 300 thousand rupiah be the hotel's karma. I have conveyed suggestions to the receptionist for improvements related to the hotel, if they don't listen, it's not a loss for me, but seriously, if you want your business to survive, it's better to rebrand or renovate.
