I stayed for 2 nights in a pool access room. There was an outdoor bed right in front of my room by the pool. The pillows were dirty at first, but they replaced them with clean ones. The whole experience was so relaxing and healing.

Staff nice and helpful, during our short time stay here we enjoy the room well, the breakfast could be improved, so far will back here again for next visit

Nice hotel, all the facilities are great, and the rooftop is great for watching the sunset. It's a shame the pool is cold, but the pool area is great. It's kid-friendly with a mini playground.

I stayed at Akmani Legian for 2 days and 1 night. To be honest, it was a nice experience. The hotel is located near shops, cafes, and minimarkets in the Legian area. The staff were all very kind and friendly. Special shoutout to Ms. Indri who helped with my check-in and check-out process—she was really kind! Other staff members, including security, were also polite, friendly, and helpful. However, the room facilities could use some improvement. The towels provided looked worn out, the room was not very spacious, and there were only a few power outlets placed in less convenient spots. After all, I don’t regret staying here. Maybe I’ll come back in the future. :)

I stayed for 4 nights. The room was very dirty, old, not like the photo. I will not be back. What's worse is asking for extra towels, paying per night. Asking for extra blankets also pays per night. Bad service. But the room is very dirty and ticklish.

I stayed for 4 nights, 1 day when I got back to the hotel wanna take a shower, there is no towel in my room. And I should go to the lobby asking for my towel. And the breakfast is very bad. Waiting too long for refill the food

I couldn't make it to the hotel and tried to give the room I paid for in full, so I wanted to change the guest name to a friend. They stuffed around for two days with the app people that I dealt with, then to say no. So I don't think much of the managing staff of this hotel. I'm sure the hotel maybe nice and all, and nice staff within the hotel, but bad managing skills for helping your paying guests. Very bad skills on your part.

I stayed 2x nights but for coffee and tea packages only got 1x, my experience in other hotels for coffee and tea packages there is a refill 1x / night, if 2 nights yes 2x for food because on Nyepi day I forgot to use breakfast on the first day, hopefully on the second day this Breakfast Voucher can be used all without any additional costs for children because on the first day it was not used

strategic location, staff are quite friendly, parking has to be done by walking down, there are no stairs/automatic lift from the parking lot to the lobby so you have to walk uphill to the hotel lobby.

The hotel's location is in the center of Legian, very close to the areas that are the central points. It's just that the room we stayed in was damp, the floor was full of water because the AC was not cold. However, the hotel staff quickly helped clean it and everything was finished well.

The room is comfortable, the hotel is strategic. Worth the price!

The check out process is long, no matter what you check, there are no condiments in the room, if you bring a private car, parking is difficult because it is narrow

Overall good and worth the price

Our experience staying here with one child was disappointing, as the music from the rooftop was very loud and clearly audible in our room. We stayed on the 6th floor, and the bass was extremely disturbing, significantly affecting our sleep quality. When we entered the room, it lacked a fresh scent, possibly due to the smell of wood. The amenities also seemed to be of very poor quality. The kettle was broken but still usable. The bathroom was empty, which does not reflect a 4-star hotel standard. It's unfortunate because the property looks nice, but it is poorly maintained in terms of upkeep and cleanliness. Additionally, the Kids’ Corner was very messy. Overall, it somewhat matches the price, but the experience was underwhelming.
