It was okay if you're looking for a room just to stay and sleep during short visit to Makassar. But they could have done better with the room. I got the impression of a worn out room with moulds above the AC. The bathroom sliding door was broken on the side, and they just leave the broken parts there, that those would fall every time you slide the door opens and closes. There's no kettle inside the room, you have to go outside of your room if you want to make a cup of tea/coffee, which was quite a hassle especially if you're the type who needs coffee to wake up. They also did not provide tea/coffees inside the room. Despite the lack in room comfort, the staffs and security persons were polite and helpful.

The receptionist and other staff are very friendly. Just please check the room key, if it is about to break, replace it immediately. Don't wait for the customer to break it so that you are charged a key fee, please also teach the security about hospitality, so that they are more smiling and ready to help.

The non-smoking room still smells of cigarette smoke and there is an ashtray provided in the room.

Complicated, the bathroom and sink are in different locations.
