The food wasn't good but the rooms was good

Room: Seems poorly maintained, with lots of maintenance needed. The shower curtain was broken. The hot water wasn't hot enough when I wanted to take a shower at night. Wi-Fi: Terrible (other guests complained about the same thing). Activities: Not much to do with kids. The pool is small and not shaded. The view from the pool area isn't great either due to the high walls. Breakfast at the hotel: The food variety is decent, but the quantity is very limited, so if one item runs out, the wait for a refill is long. Especially during peak season/weekends. Even when I was looking for a glass to drink, they were all gone.

We had an unpleasant experience while walking around the hotel. We were mugged in broad daylight. The hotel had no warning that the area was vulnerable to their guests.

Nice place to stay, overall. Cozy room delicious meals and friendly & humble staff.

Good. The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean and tidy, the air conditioning in both the rooms and the lobby is cool, the facilities are complete, and the food is varied.

Improvements areas: 1)Bedsheets are tainted with blood stains, bath towels are old, yellowish and not so clean. 2)WiFi is not accessible in all areas in the room, can only get connection near room door or toilet area. 3) bath towels are old, yellowish and some torn 4) lighting in the room can be brighter, side reading lights not functioning 5) basement car park are smelly

The service is good and the hotel is clean and comfortable.

Great location. Room is clean. When we got to the room, the room did not have hand soap, tissue paper, and only had 1 toothbrush set even though there were 2 guests. However, they were fast with responding and giving us the complete set of items.

The hotel staff, from security to security, are friendly.

Check the toilet exhaust and the toilet light is off, so the toilet smells yuck... then the staff is slow, then there is no smoking area provided, so I end up lying in front of the hotel wanting to smoke.

Pleasant stay, I was able to check in earlier since the room was ready.

The room is quite comfortable. Breakfast choices could be more varied.

Friendly staff, clean and quiet hotel

Many times, the lift was not functioning during the stay from May 28-31, 2025. We used the service lift to the 21st floor. All the lifts seem to have a lack of maintenance due to a strange sound, so it was a nightmare during the way up. Staff hospitality strongly needs to improve; They seem to be too tired with their job. I ordered fresh juice on the 2nd or 1st floor restaurant, but she served not fresh juice but a concentrated one. Overall, it is far below expectation.

The location is close to everywhere. But unfortunately, the facilities are not like a 4* hotel in general. The lights are dim, even the night light is not working. The color of the sheets and towels is not white. The pillows have many "islands". There is no tissue in the toilet.

Strategic location, close to shopping centers, entertainment, and Gambir Station, spacious, clean rooms, comfortable hotel atmosphere, worth repeating your stay here.
