No one spoke English and property was far from grocery stores

loved it!

I love this hotel , I wish the pool was also for the kids but it’s not . We still made the best of it .

La propreté est le point fort. Une membre (blonde)du personnel aurait avantage à sourire et être plus agréable avec la clientèle. Une piscine serait un atout indéniable ainsi qu'un séchoir dans les chambres.

Je n’avais pas d’eau dans ma chambre ni de douche de toilette de robinet pendant un bon 2h, la piscine était fermé pour un évènement

Really amazing property with amazing staff and really nice waterfront views with an awesome golf course in the back. Its fairly new and the aesthetics are really nice

It is a nice property, looks like renovated - balconies are not maintained well, poor WiFi signal in the rooms, staff are polite and responsive

Modern and clean hotel.

L'endroit est somme toute bien. Restaurant offrant un menu varié et spa permettant une détente assurée, accessibles directement dans l'hôtel. Toutefois, air climatisé très bruyant, nécessitant d'être éteint pour la nuit. Aussi, nous n'avons malheureusement pas eu droit au passage des femmes de chambre le deuxième jour. Nous l'avons mentionné à la réception, aucune considération de ce côté.

Room was very nice. Even the sofa bed was comfortable. Balcony looking at the lake was spectacular. Arriving late Friday evening it would have been a little easier if we spoke French, but the staff was very nice.

Everything was like paradise. We celebrated our 60th wedding anniversary there. We will definitely be back next year. We are planning to come back in a couple of months!!!!! Amazing

It was a great location for finding restaurants and for being near the Plains of Abraham. The room was spacious and had most things you would need. The lock to the door of the room was difficult to work various times we used it which was annoying.

Le jeune homme à la réception n'est tout simplement pas à sa place. Il est arrogant, irrespectueux, impoli,... Lorsque l'on paie une chambre plus de 500$ la nuit, on s'attend à un minimum de courtoisie et de service. Bref change de job garçon. Je ne reviendrai jamais et je compte bien en faire part autour de moi.

Very lovely property. Beautiful setting and just steps to the lake. Very nice layout and bathroom was excellent especially for two people. Only thing missing was robes but other than that, a wonderful stay.

We used to live in Venise-En-Quebec and were thrilled to see this hotel and its services in town. The hotel is beautiful and clean, and the staff is great. Although we couldn't stay to partake in any of the other amenities we would have loved to.

It is a new hotel. The views from rooms are unforgettable.
