Absolutley not worth it! I usually don’t write reviews but this company (dom & house/ renters.pl) needs one to prevent others from booking this apartment. We paid a high price for an apartment that was wrecked! The what they called kitchen was missing a lot of utensils (they had to drop me off drinking glasses & a boiling pot) didn’t have an exhaust (a bit dangerous!!!), no microwave etc No blinds, I had to use a towel, mold in the WC (the smell was actually really uncomfortable. Little flies in the apartment), the beds were cheap and we had bad sleeps, the only air con in the apartment leaked, the walls were damaged, shared washing machine, not usable terrace etc We actually tried to cancel the booking as the images/description were not what we contracted and we were not able to do it. Hard to communicate with the company as well. And it seems they DID NOT care (they do know they have a problem with the apartment but trying to make the most of it with users). DON’t BOOK IT, not worth it!

Review of apartment at Szafarnia 11F, Apartment 16 DH (10–16 August 2025) Our stay in this apartment was very negative and far below what was advertised or promised. On the very first day we discovered that the internet did not work because the owner had simply not paid for the service. Despite immediate contact with the rental office (Dom & House / Noclegi Renters Team), no real solution was offered – we were even given passwords to neighboring apartments’ networks, which did not work. We also requested an extra key, since we were two people with different schedules, but this was flatly refused. As a result, we repeatedly had to wait for each other in cafés and restaurants, wasting valuable time. The condition of the apartment itself was unacceptable: The balcony furniture was unusable. Bed linen was torn and worn out. Shelves on the walls were loose and unsafe. Lights in the bathroom and on the balcony did not work. Walls were scratched and the apartment was generally run down. The staff at Dom & House were polite and willing to listen, but their hands seemed tied by strange company policies. When we demanded solutions, we were told it could take up to two weeks to get any response – completely useless when the stay is only six days. Overall, this apartment and the service provided were a clear breach of contract and far from acceptable standards. I strongly advise avoiding this apartment and the rental company Dom & House / Noclegi Renters Team. P.S the staff at the office was very polite and helpfull but those rules of the company did refuse them to help us , staff get 5 stars Wiktoria and Zuzanna and other 5 Star company Zero stars

Spa was partly broken here and there at least tiling, grout and sealings. Sauna was not In good condition. Woodparts werent partly In place. Quite cold water temperature In spa showers. Spa was disappointing. Room was ok. Tough there was very little tv and no possibility To watch streaming.

A real shame, advertise 24hr reception- this is not the case. You have to walk 10 minutes to collect the key and another 10 minutes to take it back. Communication was poor.

Overall, very poor performance of this estate agents. Instead of relaxing on holidays and enjoy, I had to deal with them every day, telephone calls, emails etc. You will have to pick up the keys in the city centre. Agency workers do not know, what is inside the properties and what is the present condition of the furniture, appliances etc. I was told to check whether in the flat everything is OK. and report if something was damaged, otherwise you will be charged when you leave. In the standard rent agreement you sign off, it states you have 2 hours to do so since you pick up the keys. Discrepancies between, what this company presented on the website and how it was in real life: • They wanted to charge me for parking space, which should be included • There was no leather sofa as shown on the pictures, just basic furniture • There was no freezer, just the refrigerator with the broken shelves. • Damaged live socket, located just next to the sink • Flies covered the walls in the living room • Dirty rooms, dust covered the floors and furniture. You have to pay a fee for cleaning. • Torn off curtains, with stains on it • TV did not work at all • Remote control for the lifted barrier to the underground parking did work at all. There was a huge slope, I had to get off the car every time • Remote control did not work to the main gate inside the underground parking. The same story, every time get off the car – so frustrating… • Other damages in the flat: broken door stoppers fixed to the walls, broken parapet, few of the lights did not work, others were blinking, damaged skirting, damages to the wall paint work, dirty coffee machine – with coffee inside after previous guests. For a piece of mind, pay a bit more and stay at the hotel. There was no refund whatsoever, I do not recommend this company at all.
